This is MagnaFlow's California Grade converter for the Volvo 2.3L redblock cars, carrying CARB Executive Order D-193-160, which makes it legal for sale and installation in California, Colorado, New York and Maine as well as the federal states. The body is a spun stainless steel round shell with a ceramic substrate, fed by mandrel bent 16 gauge 409 stainless tubing and joined with 308 stainless MIG welds, so it drops into the factory exhaust path with no cutting or welding. Overall length is 27 inches with a 2 inch flange inlet and a 2 inch pipe outlet, and one donut gasket is supplied to seal the joint. There is a single pre-converter oxygen sensor port.
