MagnaFlow CARB Direct-Fit Rear Passenger Side Catalytic Converter - BMW E90/E92 3.0L 2006-2013

A spun body direct-fit converter for the rear passenger side underbody position, the downstream unit on a car that runs four converters in total. It bolts in at a flange inlet with a pipe connection at the outlet, so no cutting or welding is needed. Tubing is 16 gauge 409 stainless steel joined with 308 stainless MIG welds, with a single laser fusion weld replicating the OE spun body to cut down leak paths, and the mandrel bent tubing holds OEM geometry through the bend. The assembly runs 43.125 in overall on a ceramic substrate and interchanges with OE parts 18 30 7 547 840 and 18 30 7 566 937. It is certified under CARB Executive Order D-193-175 and legal for sale in all 50 states, provided the vehicle's engine family number appears in that order.
