MagnaFlow CARB Front Primary Catalytic Converter - VW Tiguan / Audi Q3 2009-2015

This is the front primary converter for the 2.0T, a 65 in underbody assembly that brings the downpipe with it so one part covers both. The spun body replicates the OE design and installs with no cutting or welding. The tubing is 16 gauge 409 stainless mandrel bent to hold the OE flow geometry, joined by a single laser fusion weld that leaves fewer seams to leak, with 308 stainless MIG welds and OE-sized barbed 410 stainless hangers to keep noise and vibration down. Two oxygen sensor ports cover the pre and post converter positions, a Torca AccuSeal clamp spreads clamping force through a full 360 degrees so the pipe does not distort, and the part is CARB compliant under Executive Order D-193-200 for legal installation in California and the CARB restricted states. A flange gasket is included.
