MagnaFlow 4551006 is a California Grade, CARB compliant direct-fit catalytic converter that restores proper emissions flow and keeps the check engine light off on 6.0L and 8.1L heavy duty trucks. Its spun body uses 16-gauge 409 stainless steel with mandrel-bent 2.5 inch tubing and 410 stainless steel barbed hangers, while a single laser fusion weld and 308 stainless MIG welds seal the housing against leaks. The unit mounts on the passenger side and its compact, low mass design improves thermal efficiency. Included gaskets and hardware let you bolt it in place with no cutting or welding, and because it meets CARB requirements it is street legal in California and other CARB states for the listed vehicles.
