MagnaFlow CARB Rear Bank Manifold Catalytic Converter - Ford Contour / Mercury Cougar 1996-2000

MagnaFlow 452003 is a California Grade CARB compliant direct-fit manifold catalytic converter for the rear cylinder bank of the transverse 2.5L Duratec V6, replacing the close-coupled primary converter that bolts to the exhaust manifold. The one-piece spun body runs 21.125 in overall around a 6 in ceramic substrate converter body, with a flanged inlet, a flanged outlet and a single oxygen sensor port. Tubing is 16 gauge 409 stainless steel joined by 308 stainless MIG welds, left uncoated, and a flange gasket ships in the box. CARB Executive Order D-193-180 makes it legal for sale and installation in all 50 states, including California and other CARB restricted states, for the listed vehicles.
