MagnaFlow CARB Rear Bank Primary Manifold Catalytic Converter - BMW 525i / 530i 2001-2003

MagnaFlow classifies this as a manifold converter, meaning it bolts to the cylinder block and serves as the start of the exhaust system rather than sitting downstream. The M54 inline six carries two of them and this is the rear bank unit, so the front bank takes a different part number. The spun body replicates the OE design and installs with no cutting or welding, using a single laser fusion weld to cut down leak paths, 16 gauge 409 stainless tubing and 308 stainless MIG welds. It is CARB compliant under Executive Order D-193-180 but is not New York certified. Two flange gaskets, four flat washers, two bolts and two nuts are included.
