This MagnaFlow HM Grade direct-fit catalytic converter is Federal/EPA compliant for OBDII vehicles and is not legal for use in California, Colorado, or New York. It uses a clamshell body with an aluminized steel heat shield, 409 stainless steel tubing, and 308 stainless MIG welds, and bolts in with no cutting or welding.
