MagnaFlow's HM Grade converter replaces the factory close-coupled manifold converter as a one-piece bolt-in assembly, so no cutting or welding is needed. The spun body is built from 16 gauge 409 stainless steel tubing with 308 stainless steel MIG welds, and a single laser fusion weld reduces the chance of a leak. Mandrel-bent tubing reproduces OE flow geometry so factory driveability and fuel economy are preserved. Overall length is 15.5 in with an 8.25 in converter body and one oxygen sensor port, and four flange gaskets plus a nut are included.
