MagnaFlow's OEM Grade converter replaces the passenger side converter and pipe assembly on the 5.4L V8 and bolts into the factory location without cutting or welding. The clam-shell body carries an attached aluminized steel heat shield over a ceramic substrate, built from 16 gauge 409 stainless steel tubing with 308 stainless steel MIG welds. It runs 46.25 in overall with a flange inlet, a pipe connection outlet, and two oxygen sensor ports located pre and post converter. A Torca AccuSeal clamp is included, which applies a full 360 degree clamping force without distorting the pipe. This converter is built to Federal EPA standards and is not legal for sale or installation in California, Colorado, or New York.
