The Mishimoto Air-to-Water Intercooler replaces the failure-prone stamped-and-stacked stock unit on the 2011-2016 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 6.7L Powerstroke diesel. Cast aluminum end tanks are precision TIG-welded to a robust bar-and-plate core, eliminating the leak points of the factory cooler and cut-and-weld designs. Flow-bench testing showed 22-percent better flow than stock, and that extra flow added a dyno-proven 40 lb-ft of torque with no other modifications. Finished in stealthy powder-coated micro-wrinkle black.
