This Mishimoto TIG-welded aluminum coolant expansion tank is a direct-fit replacement for the factory plastic tank on the 2021+ Ford Bronco with the 2.3L or 2.7L EcoBoost engine (also fits the 2024+ Ford Ranger). Aluminum stands up to the repeated hot-cold heat cycles that fatigue and crack the OEM plastic unit, and a built-in sight glass lets you check coolant level at a glance. Internal baffling and submerged pickup tubes keep coolant level and prevent air from being drawn into the system. It reuses the stock coolant tank cap, and the micro-wrinkle black finish blends into the blacked-out engine bay.
