A bar-and-plate charge-air core TIG-welded to a cast aluminum manifold runs 33% larger than the OEM intercooler with 14% more per-cylinder plenum volume, dropping intake temps ~10C while supporting over 60 PSI. Adds direct port-injection provisions — billet fuel rail, ethanol-safe PTFE -AN lines and no-drill injector ports — plus six 1/8 or 1/16-NPT nitrous ports, fits-like-stock brackets, engine-cover mount, custom EVAP lines and an oil-filter access cutout.
