Its bar-and-plate intercooler uses cast end tanks and raises core volume 77% while adding 163% more external fin surface area versus the factory unit. Mishimoto silicone DuraCore boots and constant-tension worm-gear clamps resist boost blowout, the cold-side pipe includes a CNC quick-disconnect fitting with a pre-installed O-ring, and an additional cold-side port can be drilled and tapped for water/methanol injection or sensors.
