Mishimoto direct-fit turbo blanket for the 2001-2004 Chevrolet/GMC 6.6L LB7 Duramax (Silverado/Sierra 2500HD/3500). It insulates the hot side of the stock turbocharger to keep exhaust heat in the turbine for faster spool and out of the engine bay, protecting intake temps and surrounding cooling components. The outer layer is volcanic lava rock and titanium woven fabric; the inner layer traps heat with high-silica fabric and stainless-steel mesh, rating the interior to over 2,300F (1,260C) and the exterior to over 1,760F (960C).
