Unlike a switching oxygen sensor, this linear A/F sensor reports the exact air/fuel ratio to the ECU for precise fuel trim, sharper throttle response and lower emissions. NTK pioneered wideband sensor technology and builds OE sensors for many automakers, and this direct-fit unit uses the OEM connector and hardware for a plug-and-play install, with a 3-stage contaminant-resistant element overcoat for long service life.
