A front axle brake kit for GM's small turbocharged crossovers, combining Z17 Evolution Plus ceramic pads with non-coated Autospecialty rotors built to original equipment dimensions. The Z17 low-dust ceramic formula was validated through third party on-vehicle testing in Los Angeles city traffic and keeps brake dust off the wheels without the noise of a semi-metallic pad. One front electronic pad wear sensor is packed with the kit, so the dash warning circuit is restored during the same service. Rotors are 100% mill balanced and machined to strict thickness variation and runout tolerances, and the kit ships with chamfered, slotted, thermally scorched pads, dual-layer rubberized shims, stainless-steel hardware and high-temperature ceramic lubricant.
