The PowerStop Evolution AR85222XR is a rear right drilled and slotted brake rotor for the current Ford Super Duty chassis cab, built on a 400.2 mm vented G3000 casting with a 10 stud pattern and a 39.1 mm nominal thickness. Cross-drilled holes vent heat away from the friction surface and rounded slots sweep gas, dust, and water off the pad contact patch, which matters on a truck that spends its life loaded. Chamfered holes and rounded slot ends spread thermal stress to resist cracking, and a silver zinc dichromate plating protects the hat and vanes from corrosion. Vane count and weight match the original casting, so it is a direct bolt-on replacement.
