The Z23 Evolution Sport kit pairs PowerStop carbon-fiber reinforced ceramic pads with Evolution coated rotors, sized 324 mm across and 28 mm thick for the Venza front axle. These rotors are blank rather than drilled or slotted, and the coating covers the whole casting including the inside of the cooling vanes, so the hat and edges resist surface rust instead of blooming orange after a wet week. The carbon-fiber ceramic compound is formulated for low dust, which PowerStop verifies through third party testing on the vehicle, and dual layer rubberized shims keep the axle quiet. Everything needed for the job is in the box: pads, rotors, stainless steel hardware and high temperature lubricant.
