The Z23 Evolution Sport kit rebuilds the rear axle with drilled, slotted and silver zinc plated rotors and PowerStop Z23 carbon-fiber ceramic pads. Beveled drill holes and precision slots pull heat out of the friction surface and clear gas and dust off the pad face, so pedal feel stays consistent when the truck is loaded. The Z23 compound is a low dust formula that third party on vehicle testing in Los Angeles showed averages 30% less dust than the original equipment pads, and dual layer rubberized shims keep braking virtually noise free. Premium stainless steel hardware and high temperature ceramic brake lubricant are included; calipers are not, and the kit bolts on with no modification to the factory brakes.
