This Z26 Street Warrior kit covers the front axle on cars built with the standard brake package, combining Carbon-Fiber Ceramic pads with 321mm drilled, slotted and zinc plated rotors. The compound is built for high-horsepower street use and holds friction level through repeated hard stops from speed, while the beveled drill holes and rounded slots keep hot gas, dust and moisture from glazing the pad. Stainless-steel shims replace the rubberized type used on milder kits because they tolerate the temperatures a performance front brake reaches. Stainless-steel hardware, a pin bushing kit and high-temperature ceramic lubricant are included, and the kit bolts to the factory caliper bracket with no modifications.
