The Z36 Truck & Tow kit is PowerStop's front axle brake package for trucks, 4x4s and SUVs that tow, haul or climb. It pairs carbon fiber reinforced Z36 ceramic pads, a compound built to hold friction level under heavier loads than a standard ceramic, with drilled, slotted and zinc plated rotors that dump heat on long descents and resist corrosion. Stainless steel shims back the pads for heat dissipation and quiet braking, and PowerStop measured roughly 30% less brake dust than OE in third party on vehicle testing. The box holds premium stainless steel hardware, a new pin bushing kit where the application uses one, and high temperature ceramic brake lubricant, so the fit is bolt-on with no modification to the truck. Coverage runs 36 months or 36,000 miles.
