The Z36 Truck & Tow kit is PowerStop's severe-duty answer for a body-on-frame SUV that tows, hauls or runs trails, and this version replaces the rear calipers as well as the pads and rotors. Z36 Carbon-Fiber Ceramic pads add strength to a ceramic formula so the pad resists fade under trailer weight and long grade descents, and stainless-steel shims stand up to the higher temperatures those loads create rather than breaking down like a rubberized shim. The drilled, slotted and zinc plated rotors use beveled holes for cooling and rounded slots that wipe gas, debris and moisture off the friction surface. Red high-heat powder-coated calipers resist rust behind an open wheel, and premium stainless-steel hardware and hi-temp brake lubricant are included for a bolt-on installation.
