Red Line 0W40 is a fully synthetic, ester/PAO-based motor oil with a high-ZDDP anti-wear package, offering better cold-start flow than 5W-40 and 10W-40. Suitable for VW/Audi 505.00/503.01/502.00/500.00, BMW LL-01, water-cooled Porsche A40 and Mercedes-Benz 229.5/229.3, plus Dodge Viper and many later Chryslers (MS-10725); popular in late four-stroke snowmobile engines.
