Red Line 5W30 is a fully synthetic, ester/PAO-based motor oil with a high-ZDDP anti-wear package and a thicker film at operating temperature than petroleum 10W-40. It is Red Line's most popular grade for modern cars and light trucks, specified for most late-model BMW, GM and Nissan vehicles.
