Red Line Diesel WaterWetter is a cooling-system additive for diesel commercial vehicles that improves the heat transfer of ethylene and propylene glycol coolants and can reduce coolant temperatures by up to 20 degrees. It reduces the vapor barrier that forms on hot metal surfaces, cleans and lubricates water pump seals, and is compatible with new or used antifreeze including DEX-COOL and long-life formulas. Unlike regular WaterWetter, this diesel version contains no rust and corrosion inhibitors, so diesel road cars and light trucks with Cummins, Duramax and PowerStroke engines should use regular WaterWetter instead.
