Turbosmart FPR6 Fuel Pressure Regulator -6AN 35-80 psi Adjustable - Red

The Turbosmart FPR6 is an adjustable bypass fuel pressure regulator for -6AN fuel systems, machined in-house from billet aluminium with a stainless steel valve seat and a Milspec diaphragm. It holds a true 1:1 rise between fuel pressure and manifold pressure, so injector differential pressure stays constant as boost comes on and the tune does not have to chase a drifting fuel curve. Turbosmart rates the FPR6 range for systems to 1200 HP and specifies it for both electric and mechanical fuel pumps.

This is the standard-pressure FPR6, adjustable from 35 psi to 80 psi via a screw adjuster with a locking collar that holds the setting against vibration. It has three -6AN ports - inlet, outlet and return - plus a 1/8 NPT port for a gauge or pressure sensor. A gauge is not included; the port is there for one you supply. The stainless valve seat and diaphragm are validated for aggressive fuels including E85, methanol and leaded race fuel as well as pump gasoline. If you need a low-pressure regulator for a carburetted system, that is the separate FPR6 LP variant with a 3 psi to 20 psi range - not this part number. The box contains the regulator, a mounting bracket, two M5 mounting screws and a Turbosmart decal.
