The GenV HE is a non-contact Hall effect position sensor that reads valve position on Turbosmart GenV boost control hardware, and each unit ships with its own calibration data so the signal can be scaled correctly at the ECU or data logger. Because it senses through the cap material instead of a moving shaft, the sensor cap is machined as a blind hole rather than a through hole, which removes a boost leak path and keeps the sensing element away from exhaust heat. It suits every GenV external wastegate fitted with the sensor cap, plus the RacePort blow-off valve and the GenV ALV40 anti-lag valve.
