The Wagner Tuning Competition intercooler kit replaces the factory front mount cooler on the US-model Audi S4 B9 and S5 F5 3.0 TFSI. The 550 x 445 x 70 mm tube and fin core holds 17.13 liters, about 105% more volume and 134% more frontal area than stock, for lower charge temperatures under sustained boost. CFD optimized cast aluminum end tanks and a black anti-corrosion coating complete the unit, which is pressure tested to 6 bar and ships with US-spec mounting brackets. This version is the intercooler kit only, without the optional charge pipe.

Returns

  • 30 days from delivery to request and ship back a return on new, uninstalled items in original packaging with all hardware.
  • Standard returns: 8% restocking fee on the item price before tax and shipping. Shipping is not refunded in either direction. All waived if the item is defective or we made the error.
  • Fitment guaranteed: select your vehicle above, or confirm fitment with us in writing before you order. If the part shows as a fit and it is wrong, the return is on us, even after installation. Otherwise, installed or used parts cannot be returned.
  • Final sale: special orders, coilovers, electronics, engine internals, turbochargers, superchargers and turbo kits, unless defective or we sent the wrong item.
