Intake Gaskets & Thermal Spacers

Intake gaskets and spacers sit between the intake manifold and the cylinder head. Beyond sealing that joint, a thermal spacer acts as a barrier that slows heat from the head soaking into the intake charge. Cooler intake air is denser, which helps a turbocharged engine hold power and timing through repeated pulls and hot track sessions.

Right now this collection is built around the CSF B58 Thermal Rejection Competition Spacer for the BMW B58 and the Toyota GR Supra. It installs at the intake manifold and is designed to cut heat transfer into the manifold on hard driven B58 cars. On a B58 build it pairs well with upgraded intercooling and charge piping to keep intake temperatures in check. We do not currently list traditional intake manifold gaskets here, so contact us if you need one for your engine.
