Mass Air Flow & MAP Sensors

Air metering sensors tell the ECU how much air the engine is taking in so it can calculate fuel and timing. Mass air flow sensors measure airflow directly, while MAP sensors read manifold pressure. On a tuned turbocharged engine a factory sensor can run out of range as boost climbs, and a higher range sensor lets the ECU see and control the extra pressure.

Today this collection features the AMS Performance Alpha 4-Bar MAP Sensor for the Nissan GT-R R35. It replaces the factory sensor with one that reads up to 4 bar, giving tuners the range they need on big turbo and high boost GT-R builds. It is a common supporting part when upgrading turbos, fueling and intake on the R35. We do not currently list MAF sensors here, so contact us if you need one.
