Phenolic Spacers & Thermal Intake Gaskets for Honda

A thermal gasket or phenolic spacer separates hot engine parts from the intake, slowing the heat that soaks from the cylinder head into the manifold and throttle body. Cooler intake air is denser, which helps an engine hold power through long pulls and hot days, especially after repeated runs on a track or drag strip.

This collection is all Skunk2 Racing. We carry Skunk2 thermal intake manifold gaskets for Honda and Acura B, D, H and K series engines, including fitments for the Integra GS-R and LS, Civic Si, RSX, Prelude and S2000. Skunk2 thermal throttle body gaskets come in 68mm, 70mm, 72mm and 74mm sizes for B, D, F, H and K series applications, and we stock plenum gaskets and plenum adapter gaskets for Skunk2 Ultra Street and Ultra Race intake manifolds.
