This AMS Performance Alpha set replaces the factory plastic inlet duct, which is corrugated inside and has a structural support pillar in the airflow path, with a smooth-transition carbon fiber duct and matching airbox lid. Both pieces are hand-laid motorsports-grade carbon fiber with a weave matched to the factory engine cover, and the sealed airbox design keeps drawing cool outside air instead of engine bay heat. No filter is included; it works with the factory filter or the Alpha filter upgrade and installs in about 10 to 15 minutes with no cutting or tuning.
