This is a full cat-back system, not an axle-back: it replaces everything behind the catalytic converters on the 2021 and newer Ford Explorer Tremor with the 3.0L twin-turbo EcoBoost V6. AWE builds it as a dual 3-inch configuration from CNC mandrel-bent, U.S.-sourced .065-inch wall T304L stainless steel, and joins it to the factory downpipes with slip-fit inlet adapters that leave an open 3-inch connection rather than choking the inlet down.

The 0FG line is AWE's off-road-minded family, and the defining feature here is the pair of high-tuck BashGuards, which are included in the box rather than sold as an add-on. Each outlet is finished with a BashGuard carrying a .125-inch reinforced stainless ring, which is what lets the system tuck up for ground clearance and still take a hit. Inside, a precision x-pipe and straight-through resonators with proprietary packing carry AWE's patented drone-cancelling 180 Technology; this is a resonated system, not a straight-pipe one. AWE describes the system as 50-state emissions-friendly and a pure bolt-on with no cutting required, and claims dyno-proven gains of +13 hp and +12 lb-ft at the wheels.
