The Dinan carbon fiber cold air intake replaces the restrictive factory airbox with an enlarged lower box and a custom free-flowing filter, growing filter area 40% from 82 to 115 square inches. A carbon fiber lid and tube feed a 60% larger air box, while patterned secondary openings on the side opposite the engine add volume without raising turbo inlet temperatures. Dinan measures at least 58% more flow than the stock intake, along with a sportier induction note and improved throttle response.
