The Dinan Cold Air Intake for the F85 X5 M and F86 X6 M replaces the restrictive factory airboxes with a sealed system topped by a signature carbon fiber lid. Redesigned filters draw air across their entire surface rather than only the front and rear, expanding total filter area to 292.4 square inches, a 228% increase over stock. The enlarged carbon fiber lid raises airbox volume roughly 15% so the larger filters ingest more air and produce a deeper, sportier tone. Combined with Stage 2 DINANTRONICS tuning it delivers up to 23 HP at 5500 RPM and 25 lb-ft at 4000 RPM with sharper throttle response.
