The do88 intake system replaces the factory airbox on the Audi RS6 and RS7 (C8) 4.0 V8 TFSI with a two-piece prepreg carbon fiber housing finished in UV and heat-resistant clearcoat, a washable BMC high-flow filter, enlarged silicone hoses, and cast aluminum turbo inlets. This configuration adds do88's Ø54mm metal 3D-printed OE air straighteners, which smooth incoming airflow at the OE turbochargers for consistent behavior across the rev range. The 80mm turbo inlets are 78% larger than stock and airbox outlets 57% larger, cutting turbo inlet pressure drop by up to 42%. The kit ships with adapter rings and complete mounting hardware.
