do88 Cold Air Intake System with BMC Air Filter - Saab 9-3 2.8T V6 2006-2011 - Blue Hose

This kit swaps the factory airbox for a heat shielded open filter setup fed by the front grille ducting. The custom silicone hose carries an integrated 3.5 inch stainless steel collar for a clean filter mount and is sized to mate with do88's 89mm inlet pipe. Rubber seals close the heat shield against the engine bay so the filter draws cold air rather than underhood heat. Measured on do88's SuperFlow SF-1020 flow bench the system flows 664 CFM at 0.125 bar (1.81 psi) pressure drop against 560 CFM for the OEM pipe and airbox, recorded with an AEM Dryflow filter fitted.
