This silicone hose connects the intercooler pipework on the Saab 9-3 1.9 TiD in place of the original rubber part. Each hose is built entirely from silicone with three to five reinforcement layers depending on inner diameter, so it holds boost pressure and heat far longer than the original rubber part, which typically hardens and cracks with age. This kit adds an inner layer of fluorosilicone rubber for extra chemical resistance and service life. It replaces Saab part numbers 55354826, 13289474, 55352736 and 315025692.
