This do88 throttle body hose is moulded in high quality silicone with three to five reinforcement plies and an integrated steel wire spiral that holds the bore open under intake vacuum. The original rubber hose hardens and cracks with age, which lets unmetered air past the throttle body and upsets idle quality.
