do88 Turbo Intake System without Filter - Saab 9-3 B207 2005-2011 - Blue Hose

Complete turbo air intake system for the B207 Saab 9-3 that replaces the factory airbox and intake pipe. The mandrel-bent aluminum pipe is 70 mm (2 3/4 in) outer diameter and carries a CNC-machined bracket and mass air flow flange, the flange welded to a pipe section sized to keep the MAF reading correct. A custom four-ply silicone hose with steel wire reinforcement joins it to the turbocharger inlet. The included heat shield with rubber seals screens the filter from engine bay heat while the filter itself sits in the cold air feed from the front grille. do88 measured 653 CFM at 0.125 bar (1.81 psi) pressure drop against 452 CFM for the OE airbox and pipe. No air filter is supplied with this version.
