Clutch Rebuild Kits & Twin Disc Service Packs

A twin disc clutch is built to be serviced. When the friction discs wear down, a service pack lets you replace the wear parts and return the clutch to full holding power without buying a complete new assembly. Fresh hardware matters just as much, since pressure plate and flywheel bolts are stretched and torqued during every install and should not be reused indefinitely.

We carry XClutch twin disc service packs for 9 inch clutches, including solid organic and solid ceramic packs for BMW and a sprung organic pack for Ford. To finish the job we stock XClutch pressure plate bolt sets for 9 inch twin disc clutches and a flywheel bolt set for the 2007 to 2010 BMW 335i 3.0L. Together they cover a complete refresh when your twin disc is due for service.
