This XClutch service pack brings a worn 9 in twin disc rigid organic clutch back to full performance with replacement components, including two new friction discs. It services the XClutch Stage 4 kits XKBM23594-2G and XKBM23595-2G, which are built to be rebuilt as long as the pressure plate and flywheel remain within rebuild tolerance. Inspect the reused flywheel for heat damage, cracks and taper before installation, and resurface it to the original step where possible.

Do I need to resurface the flywheel?

  • It is highly recommended. Resurface the flywheel to the original 0.150 in step for 9 in twin plate kits, or scuff the friction face with coarse emery paper if it is in good condition and resurfacing is not possible.

Can I reuse my pressure plate and flywheel?

  • Yes, as long as they are within rebuild tolerance and show no excessive heat, cracks or taper.

Returns

  • 30 days from delivery to request and ship back a return on new, uninstalled items in original packaging with all hardware.
  • Standard returns: 8% restocking fee on the item price before tax and shipping. Shipping is not refunded in either direction. All waived if the item is defective or we made the error.
  • Fitment guaranteed: select your vehicle above, or confirm fitment with us in writing before you order. If the part shows as a fit and it is wrong, the return is on us, even after installation. Otherwise, installed or used parts cannot be returned.
  • Final sale: special orders, coilovers, electronics, engine internals, turbochargers, superchargers and turbo kits, unless defective or we sent the wrong item.
