A turbo is only as good as the plumbing around it. Factory inlet tubes are often narrow, ribbed or made of plastic that cracks with heat and age, and plastic charge pipes can split under higher boost. Smoother, larger aluminum tubing reduces restriction, holds up to more boost and supports bigger turbos and aggressive tunes.

From AMS Performance we carry turbo inlet tubes, couplers for Garrett PowerMax turbos and turbine housing adapter kits for the Ford F-150 and Raptor 3.5L EcoBoost, a 3 inch aluminum charge pipe kit for the GR Supra A90 and a charge pipe for VW and Audi MQB cars. aFe adds turbo inlet pipes for the Toyota Tundra, Sequoia and Lexus LX600 and GX550 3.4L twin turbo, plus BladeRunner turbine elbows and wastegate actuators for the 7.3L Power Stroke and 5.9L Cummins.
