The AEM V3 HD controller kit is the heavy-duty, boost-dependent brain of an AEM water/methanol injection system. Its on-board internal MAP sensor reads boost up to 40 PSI for higher-output race and diesel applications, injecting fluid progressively in proportion to boost. The controller has a barbed fitting for the boost line, a color-coded positive-lock harness for easy installation, a system-status LED, an integrated fuse, and molded mounting tabs.
