aFe BladeRunner hot-side intercooler tube for the 2003-2007 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty and 2004-2005 Excursion 6.0L Powerstroke diesel. Built from 3in mandrel-bent aluminum, it outflows the stock tube by 7% with smooth transition bends that cut turbulence and pressure loss to add horsepower and torque. It uses factory mounting locations and one 1/8in NPT port for a sensor or injection, works with the OE cooler, and includes premium stainless-steel clamps and 5-ply silicone couplings. Finished in wrinkle black powder coat.
