Will it fit my 335i or 335d?

• No. This kit is for the 3.0L N52 non-turbo engine in the 2008-2013 128i and the 2006-2013 3 Series 325i, 328i and 330i, including the xi and xDrive versions in the fitment list. The turbo 335i, 335is and the 335d diesel are not covered.

Does it fit a SULEV (N51) engine?

• No. It does not fit the LEV2 SULEV engine test groups 7BMXV03.0N51, 8BMXV03.0N51, 9BMXV03.0N51, ABMXV03.051R, BBMXV03.051R, CBMXV03.0N51R and DBMXV03.051R. Check the engine test group on the emissions label under the hood.

Is it legal in California?

• It is covered by CARB Executive Order D-550-38 for the 2006 325i and 330i and the 2007-2013 328i 3.0L, excluding the SULEV engine test groups. The 128i is not listed in that order.

What comes in the box?

• The Pro 5R filter, intake tube, sealed housing, black cover, silicone bellow coupling, two clamps, a brass fitting and plug for the crankcase breather port, and the mounting screws, washers and grommets.

How do I service the filter?

• The Pro 5R filter is washable and reusable; cleaning instructions are linked under Documents, and the replacement filter is part number 24-91054 (Pro 5R).

Returns

• 30 days from delivery to request and ship back a return on new, uninstalled items in original packaging with all hardware.
• Standard returns: 8% restocking fee on the item price before tax and shipping. Shipping is not refunded in either direction. All waived if the item is defective or we made the error.
• Fitment guaranteed: select your vehicle above, or confirm fitment with us in writing before you order. If the part shows as a fit and it is wrong, the return is on us, even after installation. Otherwise, installed or used parts cannot be returned.
• Final sale: special orders, coilovers, electronics, engine internals, turbochargers, superchargers and turbo kits, unless defective or we sent the wrong item.
