The aFe Momentum GT cold air intake system replaces the factory airbox with a one-piece roto-molded housing in black cross-linked polyethylene, which resists heat soak and has a clear sight window for checking the filter. A snap-in scoop feeds cool air to a 9 in tall cylindrical Pro 5R filter on a 6-3/4 x 4-3/4 in oval flange, built from five layers of oiled cotton gauze. A one-piece dyno-tuned intake tube with a resonance chamber joins the throttle body through a silicone coupling and stainless T-bolt clamps, and a billet aluminum adapter carries the factory crankcase vent line. It is rated at up to +15 hp and +11 lb-ft, and the housing outflows the factory intake by 31%.
