The aFe POWER Dynamic Air Scoop (D.A.S.) captures cool, fresh air at the top of the front grille and channels it straight into the air box, raising intake air velocity and feeding the engine denser air for better throttle response. It is molded from impact resistant linear low-density polyethylene, a material that is durable, fully recyclable, and finished here in red. A red silicone seal at the inlet mates to the underside of the hood and blocks hot engine bay air from reaching the filter. The scoop snaps into the air box with the included hardware and needs no cutting or drilling. It works with the factory intake as well as aFe POWER Rapid Induction and Quantum systems, but it does not fit aFe POWER Momentum or Magnum FORCE Stage-2 intakes.
