The aFe Takeda Momentum intake replaces the factory airbox with a one piece, sealed housing roto-molded from heat soak resistant black cross-linked polyethylene, with a large clear sight window for filter inspection without disassembly. Inside is a pre-oiled, 7-1/2 in tall conical, inverted top, 360 degree radial flow filter using aFe's Pro 5R media with five layers of progressively finer cotton gauze, mounted through aFe's patented filter to housing interface (US PAT 9440175). A dyno tuned, roto-molded intake tube carries the air to the turbo inlet, and aFe rates the system at +13 hp and +13 lb-ft. It is a direct bolt-on with no cutting or drilling, and all clamps and hardware are included.
