The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate is a rear load-leveling air spring kit for 2007-2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 trucks. Its reinforced air springs mount over the factory leaf springs and add up to 5,000 lbs of load-leveling capacity. The internal jounce bumper allows the system to run safely at zero air pressure, and pressure is adjustable from 5 to 100 PSI. Installation requires no drilling into the frame.
